My name is Kat, I am first and foremost a storyteller. I grew up in Syracuse, New York, and I attended Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, Georgia where I graduated at the end of May, 2021. I majored in animation and concentrated on CG environments and production management. While taking classes for my drawing minor, I discovered a love for watercolor portraiture. Although watercolor is my favorite medium, I also work with charcoal, pastel, and oil pencil—anything that will make a mess. As a CG artist with a background in watercolor, I am constantly exploring new methods of combining the two mediums. Outside of animation I’m interested in hockey. I have played since I was four and it’s shaped who I’ve become as a person today, a dedicated teammate that strives for the best outcomes and will work to take your project to the next level.
